    The architecture

Not enough receptacles for my electronics devices near the headboard of the bed. When I booked, it included bathrobes, but there weren't any

The executive lounge on 20th floor was nice added bonus. Rooms were great, staff friendly - overall a very nice trip.

Bathroom was a little bit "rough around the edges".

Small pool that is somewhat dangerous.

As we arrived, the staff seemed very pleasant, and friendly. Gave you the impression that they would be very helpful if and when needed. But as the stay went on, it appeared that they really could care less if there was a problem.

Considering that the first night and the last two nights booked, were booked to stay and enjoy the pool and hot tub, and considering we did not get to enjoy the last two days by the pool because they shut the pool and hot tub down for some type of maintenance, it was a wasted two days for nothing!! Costing us money and time we could have spent elsewhere. Along with not having a working bathroom fan, the air conditioner motor didn't work in our room ( took 4 blower motors before they got it working, filling our room with the awful smell of burnt wires, making all three of us very ill. Also the fact of my room key not working The hotel's answer was to send 3 people, 2 glasses of wine, 4 bite size cupcakes, and two cheeses, and 2 chocolate dipped strawberries!!!!!!!! We were not impressed. I do not feel like we got our money's worth at all, just ripped off. The fact of having the whole cost come off my credit card 4 months before the trip-- not impressed

Location. The view was great. Bathroom products - Blue Ginger - were great Nice pens

After having experienced quite a few hotels on this trip. This one was the most expensive and the most dissapointing. I paid the extra for a treat, not worth it. I had trouble getting the tv going. Had to request a service call. The remote was so used, you could not read the words on it. Not enough warmth in the bedding. I doubled the comforter. No plug for sink. No bottled water in room. The grouting around bath looked old and dirty. I think the rooms need to be rennovated if you want to continue to charge these rates. The room and tv outdated.

We had a luxuriously comfortable room with a nice view of London. It was quiet and we slept well. The Delta is in the centre of downtown and walking distance to restaurants, theatre, farmers markets, street walks, parks. The valets took good care of our car. We enjoyed the glass elevator ride up to our floor. We felt pampered in the Delta, though we didn't take advantage of room service.

    Fabulous

When a group of hockey families is there for a tournament put them all on the same floor. Indoor hockey in the hallway did not mix well w other clientele .

    Good

Internet service was poor and costly to update. Parking was additional cost but should be free since it is quite a walk to hotel.

My husband and I brought our grandchildren to London to visit Storybook Gardens and the Children's Museum that was hosting a special "Lego" week. We loved our stay at the Delta London Armouries. The staff at the front desk were excellent and they provided us with personal maps to get around the city. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to see life jackets for the grandchildren as the pool was too deep for them to stand in.

    Fabulous

I like the history attached to the building.

I have stayed at the Delta London Armouries on two different occasions, but this time I wish to share some deficiencies with you: 1. I could not figure out how to make a local call. There were no instructions near the hand-held phone on the bedside table, and when I found instructions on the desk model, it said that I was in Room 605 when I was actually in Room 808. Every time I called out using 9 plus the phone string, the line was busy. I finally gave up. 2. The clock radio was unplugged from the wall, and I never did figure out how to reset the time. Good thing I didn't need the alarm for the next morning. 3. I realize that most of the world uses computers/laptops (I left mine at home for this trip), I really would have appreciated having a phonebook in one of the drawers. 4. For breakfast on October 21, I went tto the restaurant where I have eaten with my children on previous visits. A menu was given to me, but at no point was I given the option of accessing the buffet. I missed it on my way in, but I would have appreciated being given the option. Nobody offered me water, either.
